If you need a quote please text me with photos. I usually respond the same day but at the latest 24 hours. 

Pricing is done by the job- I provide most prices over the phone with photos.  If your job is complex i'll be happy to come out and inspect.  I'm happy to give advice over the phone for free but please be considerate of my time.  

Regading my pricing: if you are looking for the cheapest guy in town its not me. I'm also not the most expensive- i'm somewhere in the middle and to be frank pricing is the hardest part of my business.  If something seems unfair or too high or even too low (which i hear a lot) lets chat about it. I dont get offended.  I try to bill $150 minimum for jobs but i make exceptions for small jobs near my home. 

My regulars understand my challenges and i try to give repeat customers the best possible value.  For me the work is not transactional, I approach each job like its a long term relationship- i want everyone to be one percent satisfied with the service i provide.
