Often in North Scottsdale vendors are charging three times my normal rate. I'm always happy to chat if you need a second set of eyes on something.

If you are looking for the cheapest guy in town, its not me. I'm also not the most expensive- I'm somewhere in the middle and to be frank pricing is the hardest part of my business. Sometimes i get it wrong- too high and too low. If you have an issue with my price i'm happy to chat about it prior to the job.
