With 14+ years in real estate, 8 as a broker, and an MBA, I bring both market expertise and financial insight. I previously owned a brokerage where I managed and liquidated thousands of properties nationwide for GMAC Financial.
My Story
I’ve spent over 14 years in real estate, including 8 years as a broker out of state in Idaho, with a background in finance (MBA, BS in Finance) and mortgage services. I started my career on the lending and REO side, which gave me a strong understanding of how deals work from both the financial and operational side.
Prior to Arizona, I owned and operated a brokerage where I managed and liquidated thousands of real estate assets nationwide on behalf of GMAC Mortgage. That experience gave me a high-level perspective on pricing, negotiations, and how to maximize value in any market.
In addition to that, I use to run a home services business and stay hands-on with repairs and improvements, which gives me a different perspective than most agents. I don’t just help people buy and sell homes—I understand how they function, how to improve them, and how to maximize their value.
Originally from Idaho and now based in North Scottsdale, I work with clients who want straightforward advice, real-world experience, and someone who understands property beyond the transaction.
